To have your heart broken By someone you love They have to drop it From a high place above. Let it fall without a care As they watch it fly through the air, and shatter like glass Beneath them. Then they have to leave it, For you to recover. while it take you years To piece it again together. By Evelyn Creon

I peered beneath the surface A view caught my gaze, One of distant beauty That none could ever gage. It was powerful and priceless, Full of deadly and living things; Of animals and bees. The creatures all seemed calm And in perfect harmony. Maybe never seen before By a human like me. Though I knew I shouldn't I couldn't help myself, So I touched the surface with my finger. I had no fear and little doubt. With an unbearable pain I drew it back As I watched the ripple I created poison everything. The surface that I'd touched The beauty that I'd seen Slowly seemed to fade And shrivel up and die. My finger it got worse And my tears didn't help. My body began to shake uncontrollably. I tried to grasp for something But in vain there was nothing. I fell to my knees in dreadful agony And passed out from the pain. When I awoke I could barely stand. Your voice is like no other That I have ever heard. It makes my heart beat faster With every single word. Your eyes don't get me started They are so deep and blue. They seem to see right through me My new found fear, it's true. Your hands they make me happy To see them in dirty shades. Knowing because you work hard You earn a decent wage. Your character is soft Yet strong and courageous too. Your loving to the children In most all the things you do. Your flaws while there are many So copious, I can't count. Represents frailty making you human no doubt. Though it may seem silly Maybe a tad bit immature. I love you whole hearted, Giving me joy to endure. By Evelyn

Happy New Year's!!!!!  In 1992 July 20th an Australian children's tv show called , "Bananas in Pajamas" starred on ABC. In January 2012 there was a video that was posted on YouTube that used the theme song to the show and essentially switched Bananas to Llamas.  Last week I went to my works Christmas party, and one of my co-workers was wearing a Christmas themed Llama onesie. I told my parents about the outfit and my mom showed me the theme song for Bananas in Pajamas. She was like you have to sing this to your co-worker. I didn't really like the idea at first then my dad joined in on it and was like you really should do it.  So I wrote a parody too the first part of the song.  Here is my parody lyrics:  Bearded  llamas in pajamas  Throwing pizzas in the air.  Bearded llamas in pajamas  Putting toppings on in pairs.  Bearded llamas in pajamas  With prep-work to prepare.
