Shhhh-tik-tik-tik


 "Shhhh-tik-tik-tik,
Shhhh-tik-tik-tik."
 The sprinkler seemed to say
On repeat all day.

Watering to keep grass green
In the summer heat,
 "Shhhh-tik-tik-tik,
Shhhh-tik-tik-tik."

A place for children
To get wet and clean,
 "Shhhh-tik-tik-tik,
Shhhh-tik-tik-tik."

The cool breeze it gives
When wind and water collide,
"Shhhh-tik-tik-tik,
Shhhh-tik-tik-tik."

On a farm in the evening
When colors fill the sky,
"Shhhh-tik-tik-tik,
Shhhh-tik-tik-tik."

"Shhhh-tik-tik-tik,
Shhhh-tik-tik-tik."
